Adventures on Skis and Trails

Artist: Song (Underline.b)

“I had the pleasure of working with a client who wanted to capture their passion for skiing and trekking with friends. We designed a piece inspired by Glacier National Park, their favorite spot, along with the jet that symbolizes another of their hobbies. To complete the design, we added a compass and geomatics, representing their love for the outdoors and connect everything together. It was a meaningful project where I was able to bring their vision to life, and I wouldn't trade that experience for anything.”

Trading Resilience

Artist: Song (Underline.b)

“I had the opportunity to create a tattoo that represents both my client's life and career. The central figure is a deity, symbolizing resilience and persistence—qualities my client embodies as a full-time stock trader navigating the high-risk world of the market. The waterfall flowing from the deity represents the ups and downs of trading, a reminder of both good and bad days. We also included a bird, symbolizing the freedom that comes with embracing risk. It was a meaningful piece, and I’m grateful for the trust my client placed in me to bring his story to life”

Guardian's Journey

Artist: Song (Underline.b)

“I was honored when my client trusted me with such a personal project. He had a vision to capture his life’s journey, starting with the crow, which represents him as the provider and protector for his family. We worked together to incorporate the circle, filled with meaningful details about his birth, childhood, zodiac sign, and birthday. We also added a quote from his favorite book, which brought the design to life. It was an incredible experience, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.”

Song

Hi there! I’m Song, and I’m thrilled to share a bit about my journey with you. I’m originally from Bangkok, and my passion for tattooing began as a hobby that quickly turned into a lifelong commitment. Over the past decade, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to grow as an artist, starting as an apprentice in a Bangkok tattoo shop and eventually honing my skills across the globe.

Full story:

My journey took me from the bustling streets of Los Angeles, where I worked at Generation8 Tattoo—one of the city’s busiest shops. There, I immersed myself in various styles including realism, fine-line, black-and-gray, and colored tattoos. It was during this time that I discovered my true passion: single needle work. I found myself captivated by the precision and detail of highly realistic black-and-gray tattoos.

The pandemic brought its own set of challenges. As LA's vibrant tattoo scene slowed down, I faced a period of isolation and introspection. Seeking new opportunities and fresh experiences, I made the move to New York City. There, I had the pleasure of working as a guest artist in Brooklyn and later as a full-time artist at Ten Thousand Foxes in Queens, where Tim and Mama helped me refine my client communication skills. A special thank you to Yuihwa at Blindreason Tattoo in Manhattan for welcoming me into their talented team. My time in New York was a period of immense growth, both in skill and artistry.

After New York, I followed my dreams to Miami, Florida—a place that inspired me when I first started my tattoo journey. I worked as a freelancer, guest artist in various shops across Miami, and traveled across the US, from Boston and Washington DC to Chicago, Austin, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Utah, and Arizona. These experiences were both exhilarating and enriching, giving me a wealth of inspiration and opportunity.

Now, I’m back in my hometown of Bangkok, ready to bring everything I’ve learned back to where it all began. In April 2024, I opened Sak Studio—a place that embodies my passion for tattooing and my commitment to creating exceptional art. My goal is to provide you with a comfortable, confident experience and deliver tattoos that you'll cherish forever. I can’t wait to share my art with you and be a part of your personal tattoo journey.

Feel free to reach out and let’s create something amazing together!
